Automation
Trigger / event tasks
Run actions the moment something happens — a player joins, a chat command is typed, a vote lands — instead of on a clock like scheduled tasks.
Available events
- Character comes online / Character goes offline
- Chat message contains… / Chat message is exactly… (you set the text, e.g.
!shop) - Player voted
- Report created / Report closed
- Game server comes online
Create one
- Open Automate / tasks → Trigger / Event tasks and click + Add automation.
- Name it, optionally pick a template, then Create.
- In Run this task, when… choose the event (and match text for chat events).
- Under Actions add what it does — in-game command, broadcast, DM, send tokens, role, Discord message, and logic wrappers.
- Set the target servers and Save settings.
Each task row shows Status, Name, Activates when, Last executed and a ▾ menu (Edit, Run now, Duplicate, Delete). See runs in Task History.
