Add-ons & plan

Choose your dashboard plan — stay on Free, or subscribe to Customize and raise the limits and features that matter to your community.

Free vs Customize

Open Configure → Add-ons. Free is $0/mo forever with starter limits. Customize is a small base fee plus à-la-carte upgrades you pick under Add-on upgrades (admin team members, actions per task/delivery) and Product upgrades (DediConnect containers, RconConnect servers). The Total updates live as you choose.

Subscribing

Set a default payment method (add one in your account billing), then click Subscribe to Customize / Update subscription. To leave, use Downgrade to Free or Cancel.

Note: Upgrades charge only the prorated difference today; downgrades and cancellations take effect from your next renewal (add-ons stay active until the period ends).
