Automation

Tasks & schedules

Automate repetitive jobs — restarts, updates, broadcasts and backups — on a schedule, so your servers stay healthy without you watching them.

Creating a task

  1. Open Automate / tasks → Add task.
  2. Choose what it does: run a command, broadcast, restart, update or backup.
  3. Pick the target server(s) and a schedule (e.g. every day at 05:00).
  4. Enable it. The panel's background worker runs it at the scheduled time.

Task groups

Group related tasks into folders (e.g. "Daily maintenance") using the + / ✎ icons next to Task groups in the sidebar. The sidebar shows how many tasks in each group are enabled.

Tip: A common setup: broadcast a 10/5/1-minute warning, then restart and update nightly, then take a backup.
