Quick start
The fastest path from an empty account to a server players can join — about six steps. Each links to the full guide if you want detail.
Before you begin
You need a machine to host the game — a dedicated server, a VPS, or a spare PC running Windows Server 2022/2025 or Linux — and its public IP with an admin login. See Connect a machine for the full requirements.
Six steps to live
- Create your account at dash.soezy.net/signup. You land on an empty dashboard.
- Prepare the machine. Run the one-time setup script — Windows or Linux — and wait for it to reboot.
- Connect the machine in Servers → Machines → Add machine with its IP and admin login. Wait for Ready.
- Add a game server onto that machine — pick the game, name it, click Create, and let it download.
- Open the ports. The machine firewall opens automatically; if the machine is behind a home router, forward the game and query ports too.
- Start the server from its page and share your IP + game port. Players can now join.
