Game servers

Add a game server

Install a game server onto a connected machine in a few clicks. SoEzyPanel downloads the game files, writes a config and registers the server.

Steps

  1. On the Servers page click Add server to cluster (or + Add game server).
  2. Pick the game (ARK: Survival Ascended, Palworld or Enshrouded) and the machine to install on.
  3. Choose a name, a map (for ARK), and a config template if you have one.
  4. Set the ports โ€” defaults are filled in per game; change them only if you run several servers on one machine.
  5. Click Create. SoEzyPanel runs SteamCMD to download the server and prepares the first start.
Note: The first install can take a while โ€” ARK: Survival Ascended is tens of gigabytes. Progress shows on the server's page.

Starting & stopping

From the server page use Start / Restart / Update / Shutdown (Restart and Shutdown can run on a countdown with a player broadcast). The state badge shows Running, Starting up, Stopped, Installing or Updating. For live commands open the console.

Deleting & restoring

Deleting a server from its Danger zone removes the container and files from the machine but keeps the dashboard record โ€” it moves to Your old game servers at the bottom of the cluster page. Click Install there to restore it with the same ports, name and ID (fast โ€” it reuses the cached game files). To remove it for good, open the old server and use Destroy.

Multiple servers on one machine

You can run several servers on the same machine โ€” just give each one a unique set of ports (game, query and RCON). Group related servers into a cluster to share players and transfers.
