Custom Roles

Custom Roles are player-facing labels — VIP, Supporter and so on — that grant discounts and per-role rewards. They're separate from staff Admin teams, which control panel access.

Create a role

1. Open Admin tools → Custom Roles and click + Add role.
2. Enter a Name and click Create role.
3. In General settings set a Supporter Tier Discount rate and a Shop pack Discount rate (0–100%; 0 = no discount).

Assigning & using roles

Assign a role to a player manually from their row, or automatically through Supporter Tiers (a tier purchase can grant a role). Roles then drive purchase discounts, per-role vote rewards and token payouts, and can gate shop packs.
