Quick answers to the most common issues.

Players can't connect to my server

  • Confirm the game and query ports are open on the machine firewall.
  • If the machine is behind a router, confirm port forwarding too — both layers must allow the port.
  • Check the server state is Running, not Installing/Stopped.
  • Make sure each server on a shared machine uses unique ports.

RCON / console isn't working

  • RCON must be enabled with a password on the server's settings.
  • The RCON port must be reachable from the panel host (open it to the panel IP only). See Console & RCON.
  • Enshrouded has no RCON — it uses the panel agent instead.

The first install is stuck or slow

Large games (ARK: Survival Ascended) are tens of GB and depend on your machine's disk and bandwidth. Watch the progress on the server page; if it errors, check disk space with df -h.

An invited team member can't see anything

They must sign up with the exact email they were invited with, then switch to your dashboard from the top-left switcher. See Admin teams.
