Admin teams & permissions

Invite staff and control exactly what each person can access — from full admins to support-only moderators — per dashboard.

Roles

Roles are presets — after inviting someone you can fine-tune their exact sections with the Permissions editor.

Inviting a member

  1. Open Configure → Admin teams.
  2. Enter the member's email and pick a role, then Invite member.
  3. If they don't have an account yet they show as Pending — access activates automatically when they sign up with that email.

How permissions are enforced

  • Members only see the sidebar sections their permissions unlock.
  • Visiting a forbidden page directly redirects them back to the dashboard.
  • Only the owner or an Admin can invite, edit or remove members.
Tip: A member can be on several dashboards with different roles — give a trusted admin full access on one realm and support-only on another.
